I think it's cool to see pastors in positions that pastors are not put in on a regular basis. I think that having Mark Driscoll on CNN is awesome, even if the subject he's talking about is less than wonderful in the eyes of the world. It's cool to see God's word presented in contexts that people usually shy away from and done in a way that religion does not usually act in. Mark got to witness to DL, gave him Jesus, so he did his job in planting seeds. Interesting interview though.
I agree Tom. It's cool to see Driscoll reaching out to someone who would never otherwise talk to an evangelical Christian. Driscoll sometimes goes too far, but I would rather he try to present a more balanced view of Christ and go too far then alienate himself from the culture like so many others do.
